First Management Services was formed in 1974 to develop and manage multi-family and commercial properties.  The goal of First Management Services was to establish an independent management organization dedicated to providing the highest professional and ethical standard of service to property owners.

First Management Services’ scope of business activities has grown to include property management, brokerage, leasing, consulting, renovation, and development of residential, commercial, and office buildings throughout the southeast.
