Hillwood Villa Renovation

The Hillwood property was purchased in November of 1999.  The renovation project included a complete cosmetic upgrade of the interior and exterior.

The interior improvements included lighting upgrade, paint color change, countertop replacement, and cabinet renovation.  The exterior improvements included wood replacement, paint color change, masonry work, and landscaping.
